Album Review: As smooth as Corneille

cornelius

Last July I spent a few days hanging out in downtown Toronto, and went into HMV. June Roundup and Happy Canada Day!

Another really late post, but..oh well.

A quite round up on events in June:

  • Finished up my courses from Berkleeonline, Boston’s Berklee School of Music’s extension school. Learnt lots and can’t wait to actually use what I’ve picked up
  • Our swimming pool at the company re-opened after 2 months of renovation. This means I don’t have to helplessly continue to pack on the weight.
  • Shanghai’s beloved Xiangyang Market has been permanently closed down from it’s infamous location on HuaiHai Road. No more centralized location to get your fake merchandise

Canada, Happy Birthday! To help celebrate CBC’s posted some recommended Canadian Music Content
Be sure also to subscribe to some of the most intruiging podcasts out there. Shanghai also celebrated Canada Day by booking the Shanghai Stadium and holding a big birthday bash. However, being that I was wasted from some homework and a busy schedule, I spent it chattin’ it up with some family and homies back home. All in all, a very restful weekend.
