All I have to say is that it looks beautiful. Thinner, faster, wider, and comes in Black or White.

Specs wise, there’s not much different from the Powerbook that I have, but the CPU is obviously faster. I also love the widescreen and think a 13″ one would be a great fit for most bags, and for carrying around, without having to squint to much to make out the screen.
Would I move over at this point? Probably not, as my video card is still better, and my system still suits my needs. I’d like to hear reviews from people who intend on gigging with it. Obviously it’s been designed towards the everyday consumer, but how well would it work for performances, and heavy travel?
You’ve got to admit, Apple puts out products that are very tempting. Gotta go and wipe up my drool.
It’s 11:21pm and I’m typing this from work, which means that it’s going to be a long week. Work, SCC concert, course work, etc., it’s all culmulating this week and not going to get much rest next week as the eve of the concert approaches. I don’t really know how to make of SCC coming here, but I’m definitely not starstruck, but am hoping to really contribute in putting on a successful concert and to make a difference in Shanghai.
Coolest gadget of the week: After learning much about saving my hearing from my friend Chris I finally picked up a set of Etymotic earplugs. They’re a little different from regular earplugs in that it lets sounds of all frequencies in so that you can still hear the sound, but just quieter. These

are not only stylin’ but will also keep my ears happy for hours on end. So if you’re someone that loves goin’ to concerts, clubs, and bars, why not pick up a pair and keep your hearing from deteriorating prematurely?
